With a background as a Chiropractic Assistant from 1994-2001, I was interested in being able to offer more to help people. So, in 1999 I started with my training in massage therapy. I graduated from Professional Massage Training Center - Springfield, MO in May of 2000
With over twenty years of experience in a number of modalities, my objective is to work with you to meet your specific goals .
Acknowledging our bodies hold onto not only physical pain, but emotional pain as well, I have created a more Zen approach to each session ~ utilizing a combination of Swedish, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point & Jin Shin Jyutsu (energy balancing) to reduce stress/anxiety & bring compassionate touch to areas of chronic pain.
